Reception was welcoming. The bed was extra large and it was great having balcony, sound-proofed windows and openable French windows. The best sand beach I've seen before.

We will be back on our next trip to Warwick-on-Eden. Astonishing countryside view from the room and enjoyable breakfast. Owner was gracious. Comfortable place for a wedding celebration.

We truly enjoyed our stay here. Its location is amazing. The restaurant had delicious food. We had a river view from our room. In addition, free WiFi was handy.

Superb bar area. Nice base for city trip in Warwick-on-Eden. It is so close to the airport.
